My E-less write:
No star lit last night for trust
Communion almost laid in such dust
Though a light still sang aloud
I admit, a High Might’s grip and growl
It must of lit such duty proud
Quick to bring union holy now
It rang in notions of sight and sound
It sung so high I almost shook
My calm approach to light our sky
In words of might I show stars fly
Holding us in orbs of trust

Fantastic, your E-less write is amazing! Beautiful, the lines that really got to me, “No star lit last night for trust/Communion almost laid in such dust”. The flow of the entire piece is lovely, and finishing with “Holding us in orbs of trust” marvelous! It’s always a pleasure to read your words. Thank you for the nomination and looking in my direction. I fear I shall suffer in the Page of Lame, as 24 hours is not within my schedule today, but I’m definitely up for the challenge, so better late than never!
