This is one of the first poems I ever wrote in Fall 2011… it still lifts me up when needed

Though we all fall short
It’s worth it to try
Though we don’t know it all
Let’s live like we’ll never die
Though we still feel the pain
Let’s dance in this rain
Though we desire the things we can’t see
Know that in life it is all within reach
